Jenna Sanz-Agero



Jenna Sanz-Agero has practiced entertainment law, with a focus on motion pictures, for over 20 years and currently serves as in-house counsel to Foresight Unlimited. As former President of Media 8 Entertainment, Sanz-Agero has overseen day-today corporate operations of an independent motion picture company, as well as the negotiation of primary acquisition, development, production, distribution and finance transactions involving multi-national co-productions, equity investments, collateralized and gap production loans, and state tax credits and subsidies. Sanz-Agero’s practice has a special emphasis in international film licensing and distribution.

In addition to Foresight Unlimited, Sanz-Agero has represented major corporate clients (HBO, LionsGate), independent film companies (Media 8 Entertainment, MDP Worldwide) and a variety of producers, distributors, sales agents, and financiers in a broad range of transactions relating to motion picture and television acquisition, development, production, finance and worldwide distribution of projects with budgets ranging from $1 million to over $80 million.

Sanz-Agero is a graduate of Pepperdine University School of Law (J.D. 1995, magna cum laude) and Sacred Heart University (B.S. – Finance, 1992, summa cum laude), former lead vocalist for the all-female rock group Vixen, and co-author of the dessert cookbook “Sugar, Sugar: Every Recipe Has a Story.”
